Introducing, Meals for One! I can’t count the number of times someone has said to me “I love your recipes, but it’s just me.” I used to just give them a sad look, suggest freezing the extras, and go on my way. It was during this same conversation after church when it dawned on me–“why don’t I fix that?”
During my Monday FB Live called Monday is a Crock, I have started making a smaller version of my recipe alongside my usual family size recipe! But that’s just the beginning. Here, I’ll be adding even more of your favorite homestyle recipes with the single person in mind.
