Recipe hunting can be such a challenge for those of us living in rural communities who are limited to Dollar General, Walmart and maybe Kroger. But, that doesn’t mean that we have to stick to the classics like roast or chicken and dumplings. Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, frozen
1 c. Peach preserves

1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Directions

2. In a small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together peach preserves, soy sauce, ginger and minced garlic.
3. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
