Cooking for one or two? You can enjoy delicious Crock Pot recipes too, without all those leftovers. What I’ve done is adjust several of my recipes that typically feed a family, to work for singles and couples. Crock Pot Lemon Pepper Salmon is such an unexpected slow cooker meal, but I promise you, it will turn out perfectly. Just remember to use a 2 quart Crock Pot instead of a larger one.
