Crock Pot Lemon Pepper Salmon

Yes! You can cook fish in the Crock Pot Lemon !Pepper Salmon is one of my favorites and it is super easy to make. Create your own simple marinade like I did, or scroll down further for a second option using KC Masterpiece Lemon Pepper Marinade. Either way, the salmon will taste great. Sear both sides in a skillet after cooking if you want a little crunch, or serve it immediately. My favorite sides are rice pilaf and steamed green beans or roasted zucchini.
Ready to try it for yourself? Here’s what you need:

Ingredients

4-4 oz. salmon filets, frozen or fresh
Marinade:
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. Lemon Pepper seasoning (I use Lawry’s)
2 tsp. salt
Whisk together in a measuring cup. For an alternate marinade, scroll to the bottom.

Directions

1. Lightly grease the bottom of the Crock Pot with cooking spray. Place the frozen salmon filets in the Crock Pot.
2. Pour 1/2 c. of the marinade over the fish. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours until fish is fork tender.
3. Optional–Sear the filets in a skillet over high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, until both sides are lightly browned.
