When it comes to making dinner, I need quick, cheap, easy and something my whole family (well, most of them) will eat. That’s why I love Crock Pot and one-dish meals so much. When I can throw something together easily and it comes out tasting awesome, it’s a good day. One Dish Chicken Potatoes and Veggies is one of my favorites.
Here’s what you need:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 bag of frozen green beans
1-1 lb bag baby yellow potatoes, halved or quartered
1 packet Zesty Italian seasoning
3/4 stick of butter
In a 9×13 baking dish, make a line down the middle of the dish of chicken.
On one side, spread out the frozen green beans. On the other side spread out the potatoes.
Cover with foil and cook at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
