One Sheet Pan Bourbon Pork Tenderloin

First thing’s first. This is NOT a sponsored post. Anyway, I spotted a few McCormick’s seasoning packets at the grocery today and I was definitely interested. Anything that says “One Sheet Pan” or “One Skillet” is my kind of meal. The ingredients are simple–pork tenderloin, sweet potato cut into cubes (I bought mine already cut), an onion and vegetable oil.

After rubbing the pork tenderloin with the seasoning, I mixed together the oil and seasoning with the sweet potato and onion. Onto the baking sheet it went. I even did it Live on Facebook with my husband, Ryan. Check it out:

After it was done, we did another Live video to show the results and give it a taste test.

The verdict: we loved it! The Bourbon Pork Tenderloin and Vegetables packet was delicious! The pork came out tender, the vegetables blended well with the spice pack, and the flavor of everything together was perfect. Easy, tasty and inexpensive. Definitely give it a shot.
