4 thick cut pork chops
1 packet onion soup mix
1 c. chicken broth
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 red potatoes, washed and cut into bite-sized pieces
salt to taste
Directions
- Place pork chops and potatoes in the Crock Pot.
- In a small bowl, mix together broth, butter, onion soup mix and pepper.
- Pour over pork chops and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours (Mine were fork tender after 7 hours).
