It might seem a little weird to have apples and pork chops together, but these two are actually a great pair. Add cinnamon and brown sugar and you get the perfect combo of sweet and savory. Ingredients
6 boneless pork chops
4 Gala apples, cored and sliced
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
- Put pork chops in the Crock Pot and cover with sliced apples.
- Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a small bowl. Sprinkle over pork chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
