Have you ever had Chuy’s Creamy Jalapeno Ranch Dip? If you have, you would definitely remember it! I loved it so much that I was bound and determined to find a way to make it myself and after several tries, (and a few helpful tips from our server at Chuy’s) I came up with a copycat recipe that is so good, it tastes like the real thing.
If you haven’t had it before, think of all the things you love about a rich, creamy ranch dip. Now add some heat and cilantro and that’s it! It’s delicious, it’s cheap, super easy and quick to make. And it has this rich, restaurant quality flavor that you will definitely love being able to recreate at home. Here’s what you need:

1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
1/3 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
