Barbecue Ranch Chicken is truly a dump recipe. Every ingredient is just dumped into the Crock Pot and left to cook. That means it’s super easy and super tasty. Adding the ranch to the barbecue sauce gives it a little extra flavor that I really think you’re going to love. How much kick you add is up to you. If you caught Monday Is a Crock, you know that I just eyeball it, and it ends up being about 1/2 packet. After it cooks, taste it! You can always add more.
Here’s what you need:
Ingredients
5 frozen chicken breasts
3/4 c. Chicken broth
2 c. BBQ sauce
1/2 to 1 packet dry Ranch dressing
Directions
1. Place chicken in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
2. Pour chicken broth then BBQ sauce over the chicken.
3. Sprinkle Ranch on top.
4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
5. Shred and eat with slider buns or regular buns.
