Crock Pot Ranch Pork Chops

When meat goes on sale, we take advantage. But if you don’t have a quick and easy recipe in mind, and all the ingredients on hand, it can be easy to pass up a great deal. Pork chops are a great example. At our Walmart, they go on sale A LOT. No need to grill or fry, just grab 4 pork chops and a few other ingredients and you’re in business. Here’s what you need:

Ingredients

4 thick cut pork chops

1 packet dry Ranch Dressing mix

1 (12 oz) jar Heinz Homestyle Chicken gravy

1 Tbsp butter, melted

1/4 c. yellow onion, diced (I use frozen diced onions)

Directions

Place pork chops in the bottom of the Crock Pot.

In a bowl, whisk together gravy, ranch dressing, onion and butter.

Pour over pork chops. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

Freeze this recipe for later!

Place the pork chops, gravy, ranch, onions and butter in a gallon freezer bag and seal. When you’re ready to cook, just place the bag in the fridge overnight to thaw and pour the contents in the Crock Pot the next day!
