{Faux} Lunch Lady Brownies

I. Love. Lunch. Lady. Brownies. Hands down, I think they are the best and my whole family loves when I make them. And I am one of those who likes to make them from scratch. But I don’t want you to miss out on the deliciousness if you’re new to cooking, struggle with cooking, don’t have time to cook, or just don’t enjoy cooking. Made from scratch recipes can be a turn off, I get that.

So I’ve come up with a solution that I think you’ll love. Faux Lunch Lady Brownies.

It goes like this…make your favorite batch of boxed brownie mix. The only thing you do have to make is the chocolate frosting which is just throwing some ingredients in a bowl and blending them. It’s that easy. Faux Lunch Lady Brownies are soooo good, and even if you don’t agree, the frosting is a great addition to regular brownies anyway. So everyone wins.  Here’s what you need:

Ingredients

Your favorite boxed brownie mix and additional ingredients listed on the box.
